Krystal Patterson, MPA, FRA-RA, is a community-first leader and public servant proudly representing Tamarac’s District 3. With more than 15 years of experience in government operations, redevelopment, and organizational leadership, she is dedicated to creating responsive, transparent systems that deliver real results for residents.

Beyond her role at City Hall, Krystal is the President of H.E.R.S. Consulting (Helping Executives Reach Solutions), where she equips public-sector leaders and organizations with tools to strengthen teams, streamline processes, and improve service delivery. Her unique perspective as both an elected official and entrepreneur makes her a trusted voice on leadership, community engagement, and small business growth.
